Elastic Compression Wrap 450cm – Latex-Free Medical Bandage

This elastic compression bandage is designed to provide stable support and adjustable pressure for sprains, strains, swelling and general injury care. Made from a soft, latex-free blend of polyester, cotton and other safe synthetic fibers, it delivers excellent elasticity and recoverability, stretching up to 450 cm for wide coverage.

The wrap features self-closures at both ends, offering quick, secure fastening without the need for metal clips. Each bandage is individually packaged, ensuring cleanliness for medical environments such as hospitals, clinics, athletic training rooms and first aid kits.

Available in four sizes (5 cm, 7.5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm widths), it can be used on wrists, ankles, elbows, shoulders, legs or knees. Lightweight and breathable, it is suitable for users with latex allergies and comfortable enough for extended wear.

The bandage is reusable when washed gently by hand. To maintain elasticity, allow it to dry horizontally rather than hanging vertically.
